The buyer and supplier should agree on the test method, conditioning and acceptance range before production.
5. Do Not Infer Additive Quality from Bag Price
A low quotation does not prove that a supplier used unsuitable additives or omitted an anti-static treatment. A higher quotation also does not prove better opening performance.
PE formulations may use slip, anti-blocking, anti-static or other additives according to the intended function. Their suitability depends on formulation, film structure, processing and application requirements.
Buyers should request an approved formulation category or performance specification rather than requiring an undisclosed proprietary additive recipe.
6. Run a Controlled Packing-Time Trial
The most useful efficiency result comes from comparing candidate bags under the buyer’s normal operating conditions.

If operators repeatedly use improvised methods, document the issue and evaluate whether it is caused by bag design, workstation setup, training or environmental conditions.
