PE Packaging Manufacturing Process

From Specification Review to Export Release // Documented by Order
Step 01

Material & Specification Review

The project begins with the packed product, dimensions, unit weight, quantity, destination market and required documents. Resin, additives, colorants, thickness, closure or seal construction and printing method are confirmed in the approved specification.

Step 02

Film Extrusion & Gauge Control

LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE or a project-specific PE blend is extruded according to the approved film structure. Production checks may cover resin identification, film gauge, width, appearance and winding. A ±5% target tolerance applies only when written into the order specification.

Step 03

Printing & Artwork Control

Approved artwork is reviewed for dimensions, colors, coverage, registration, warning text and barcode areas. Gravure printing is selected according to the film, design and order quantity, with final acceptance based on the approved proof or sample.

Step 04

Bag Converting & Inspection

Film is converted into the required flat, ziplock, zipper, self-adhesive or other bag structure. Applicable checks may include dimensions, seals, zipper or adhesive construction, opening performance, appearance and packing. Test methods depend on the product requirement.

Step 05

Packing & Export Release

Finished products are packed in inner bags, cartons, pallets or moisture-protected export configurations as specified. Quantity, labels and applicable shipping documents are checked before release. Freight method, customs documents and delivery terms are confirmed separately.
