Custom PE Bags and Film Manufacturing Process
From Approved Specification to Batch Inspection and Export ReleaseMaterial & Specification Review
The project begins with the packed product, finished dimensions, unit weight, quantity, intended use, destination market and required documents. The approved specification records the resin, additives, colorants, single-layer thickness, tolerances, closure or seal construction, printing and packing method before production.
Film Extrusion & Gauge Control
LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE or a project-specific PE blend is extruded according to the approved film structure. Production checks cover the applicable resin identification, film width, single-layer gauge, thickness distribution, appearance and winding. The order specification records the tolerance, measurement locations, sampling frequency and acceptance criteria.
Printing & Artwork Control
Artwork is checked for dimensions, color references, coverage, registration, warning text and barcode areas. The printing method is selected according to the film, design and order quantity. The approved digital proof, physical sample where applicable, viewing conditions and permitted variation become production references together with the written specification.
Bag Converting & Inspection
Film is converted into the required flat, ziplock, slider zipper, self-adhesive or other bag structure. In-process and final checks cover the applicable finished dimensions, single-layer thickness, seals, zipper or adhesive construction, opening performance, appearance, printing and packing. Inspectors use the test method, sample size and acceptance criteria recorded for the order.
Packing & Export Release
Finished products are packed in the specified inner bags, cartons, pallets or moisture-protected export configuration. Before release, the team checks the applicable quantity, labels, packing marks, inspection records and shipping documents. Approved specifications and order records support traceability and repeat-order consistency, while the shipment plan states the freight method, Incoterm and destination requirements.
Start With Your Packaging Specification
