Documents supplied according to product scope

Buyers can request the available factory, material and finished-product documents during quotation review. Flexon matches the document owner, tested sample and scope to the proposed product, intended use and destination market.

  • ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management-system certificates, together with SMETA site-audit evidence ISO certificates identify the named management system and certified scope; SMETA records the applicable site-level social audit.
  • Food-contact material declarations or commissioned migration test reports The applicable standard and test conditions are selected from the resin, additives, food type, contact temperature and contact time.
  • RoHS finished-bag testing and supplier-origin PFAS or REACH evidence where requested The document package identifies the owner, tested material or sample, substances, detection limits and approved order specification relevant to the claim.
  • Resin declarations, recycled-content evidence and batch traceability records where applicable Virgin PE, GRS or RCS recycled content and other material claims are recorded in the approved order specification and applicable traceability documents.
  • Product-specific test reports for thickness, tensile, seal or closure performance The approved inspection plan records the test method, sampling level and acceptance limit before production.

Commercial terms MOQ, sampling route, packing and freight are stated in the quotation. Most custom orders require approximately 20–30 days for production after the specification, artwork, sample requirements and commercial terms are approved.
