Mono-Material PE and PFAS Evidence Review

Europe · project review · anonymized buyer

Requirement

A documented pathway for reviewing PE composition, PFAS evidence and mono-material packaging options.

Inputs reviewed

Selected resin, additives, colorants, inks, finished construction and the scope of available material or product reports.

Work completed

Available mono-material structures and PFAS-screening evidence were organized for product-to-document matching.

Recorded stage

The buyer received a material-review pathway; final product and market claims remain under destination-specific review.

PE Film Evaluation After Gamma Exposure

Central Asia · controlled sample review

Requirement

Evaluation of a PE-film construction after gamma exposure within the buyer's specified processing range.

Inputs reviewed

Post-exposure flexibility, appearance and seal performance under the buyer's test method and acceptance criteria.

Selected construction

A custom three-layer co-extruded PE film for before-and-after sample evaluation.

Recorded stage

Sample observations were reviewed for the tested construction.

200+ SKU Packaging Specification Program

Germany · multi-category RFQ

Requirement

More than 200 requested items covering multiple bag types, dimensions, gauges and application conditions.

Complexity

Missing specifications, different production routes, printing requirements and different purchasing priorities.

Work completed

SKUs were grouped by material, construction and production route; specification gaps and tooling requirements were separated into phases.

Recorded stage

A structured quotation made missing data and commercial comparisons clearer for the procurement team.

Six-Color LDPE Zipper Bag Scale-Up

Israel · 2026 · anonymized buyer

Requirement

Scale an approved printed-bag sample to a 100,000-piece production order while increasing the finished size, preserving the zipper format and keeping the six-color artwork clear, centered and symmetrical.

Inputs reviewed

Approved sample feedback, 20 × 13 cm finished dimensions, 0.1 mm LDPE construction, 2 cm opening/header area, zipper performance, artwork proportions, gravure-cylinder requirements and a target shipment volume of approximately 1.13 CBM.

Work completed

The artwork was rebuilt for the revised dimensions to reduce image distortion and retain balanced spacing. The updated layout was approved by the buyer, payment was confirmed and the order was submitted to production.

Verification plan

Initial trial bags will be checked for print clarity, color registration, alignment and symmetry. The first packed carton will also establish the actual pieces per carton and support a revised shipment-volume calculation before the remaining production quantity is finalized.

Recorded stage

Paid production order initiated; trial-bag approval, mass-production completion, final packing data and shipment remain pending.

Current status: the order entered production after artwork and commercial approval; trial approval, final packing data, shipment and field performance remain pending.

Validation Records

Solution Playbooks

Repeatable engineering and documentation methods used to structure new projects.

Food-Contact Project Review

  1. Define food type and use temperature.
  2. Lock resin, additive, ink and closure specification.
  3. Match existing reports or arrange new testing.
  4. Approve sample before production.

The finished specification is matched to the intended food, conditions of use and available evidence.

GRS / RCS Order Path

  1. Confirm recycled-content target.
  2. Check certified material and process scope.
  3. Separate certified order records.
  4. Verify transaction-certificate requirements.

Certified shipment claims follow the applicable scope and transaction-certificate path.

Multi-SKU RFQ Control

  1. Normalize dimensions and gauge units.
  2. Group by resin and construction.
  3. Identify missing data and tooling.
  4. Quote by technically comparable groups.

Useful when buyers submit large, inconsistent SKU lists.

Destination-Market Evidence Gap Review

  1. Define the destination market and intended use.
  2. Map the requested claim to the applicable evidence.
  3. Identify missing supplier or finished-product documents.
  4. Confirm whether a declaration or new testing is required.

For other destinations, the evidence plan begins with the intended use, requested claim and current market requirements.
