Flexon Pack supplies custom PE packaging with supporting factory, material and finished-product documents when applicable. The exact evidence package depends on the resin, bag construction, intended use and destination market.

Important scope: a factory certificate does not automatically certify every finished bag. Before placing an order, buyers should confirm the certificate holder, issuing body, report number, validity date, tested sample and whether the document covers the final specification.

US food-contact evidence SGS Report CANHL25024319201 Dated 13 Oct 2025; selected testing against US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 passed for the submitted biohazard specimen-transport ziplock bag. Applicability to another bag must be reviewed.
EU packaging heavy metals PPWR Report GZHL260603116701PK Dated 2 Jul 2026; selected heavy-metal testing passed for the submitted PE bag. Report is controlled and available on request; final suitability still depends on the order specification.
Restricted substances PTC RoHS Report PTC25093006701C-CN01 Dated 13 Oct 2025; the submitted PE bag passed the commissioned RoHS test scope. Controlled report available on request; it is not a blanket claim for every material, ink or finished bag.
Recycled content system GRS Scope Certificate TRC-GRS-351310-00 TÜV Rheinland; TE-ID TE-00107107; valid through 21 Jun 2027. This confirms certified organizational scope. A valid transaction certificate is required for a specific certified shipment.
Recycled content system RCS Scope Certificate TRC-RCS-350217-00 TÜV Rheinland; TE-ID TE-00107107; valid through 21 Jun 2027. Scope certification alone is not proof that every product or shipment is RCS certified.
Supporting material evidence Supplier Declarations & Raw-Material Reports Resin, ink and additive records may support review, but supplier-level evidence does not automatically certify the converted Flexon finished bag. Evidence is matched by material, batch and intended use.
